using 9/20 build of apprunner on all platforms:

the following dialogs/properties need to be implemented for the editor:

list properties
page properties

based on comparison with 4.x
I think Charley already has a bug for list properties (possibly checked in now?).
I think the page properties dialog can be put off until M14/M15 since the current
editor window will not be directly accessible in beta1.

About half of this work is already done, but it is technically "feature" work.
This is my lowest priority M13 bug. Will move to M14 if other bugs take up
remaining time.

the following two menu items bring up the same dialog:

Page Colors and Properties
Page Title and Properties
You mean "Page Colors and Background"?
These 2 menu items exist and will bring up the appropriate panel in the
Page Properties dialog.

Format | Properties doesn't bring up anything.
We should not have menu items (Format-Properties..." or tabs (meta tab for page 
properties) that do not work/appear as expected.  If the feature is not 
implemented by Beta 1, let's remove all UI for it.
Old "Page properties" is now 2 dialogs. The PageColors and Background is 
useable directly by Mail Composer. There's some issues about getting default 
colors from browser (dependencies on other color-related prefs) that we will
handle with new bugs.
