Bug 1408335 removed the need to set a list-style-image.

Removed the list-style-images. Also removed the titlebar-button padding: initial; because they fixed this in a other bug and I waited for a other bug to remove it at the same time.

I got CSD window icons to work. Without this patch they show doubled. The patch fixes it.
