User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build ID: 20180218220057 Steps to reproduce: Used the real finger to click the close button on a tab. Used specs: Firefox Nightly 60.0a1 (2018-02-18) (but the problem was also present in earlier versions of the Nightly build) Windows 10 1709 16299.248 Lenovo TP Yoga 370 Actual results: Tab didn't close until used the touchpad and moved around the cursor. Expected results: Tab should be closed.
I have encountered this problem only on Windows not on Linux (Arch/KDE/X11)!

Sounds like a platform integration bug to me, not accessibility-specific. Canceling review request therefore.

OS: Unspecified → Windows 10

To Specify it clearer, not only Windows 10 x64 also the Firefox in the 64-bit version is used.
Component: Untriaged → Event Handling
Product: Firefox → Core
