Reproducible: always

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable Bookmarks Toolbar
2. Drag any link over Bookmarks folder/chevron in Bookmarks Toolbar so that the folder/chevron menupopup will open
3. Drag it over the menupopup

Actual Results:
The menupopup rolls up immediately.


Expected Results:
The menupopup should not roll up.
