Build: 11.0 (9520)
Device: iPad Air 2
iOS: 11.2.5

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open two tabs
2. Open Tabs Tray
3. Long tap on the 1st tab and move it in 2nd position
4. While still holding the finger to drag the tab, open a 3rd tab

Actual results:
- Firefox will crash.

Fixed in master. Firefox no longer crashes. The new tabs are created but not shown until the dragged tab is dropped.
