Fixed version. r+ from ewong retained. The list blocks where inconsistent and still are in some files. I just cleaned up the one in the relnotes. Date set to 05/04/2018. 2.49.3 is now in release and the first sites seem to have picked it up already. Please check in when the final verification is done if I am not around.

Bouncer bounces nicely for both Windows and Linux, and the installer installs it too. :-)
