1445011 - Browser error reports missing available path info

Mossop found an issue in sentry that doesn't have any stacktrace or path info for the file that the error occurred in: https://sentry.prod.mozaws.net/operations/nightly-js-errors/issues/2064810/events/latest/

However, looking at older events reveals a transaction tab with the value "jar:file:///C:/Program%20Files/Firefox%20Nightly/omni.ja!/components/crypto-SDR.js". In bug 1440534 we removed the parts of the payload that were erroneously marking the error as related to an HTTP request, but that appears to have removed this useful path data as well. We should retain that somehow.
