Labels for status flag are missing when the change activity is shown in a bug's history E.g. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1448133#c4 Also happens for actions before the last tree closing window, e.g. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1447210#c9 In these cases, [status-]firefox61 got set to "fixed".

During today's change window, where BMO was migrated from SCL3 to The Cloud, the memcached server was not cleared. While the database had correct information, cached values corresponding to the pre-migration state were being read which caused inconsistent information to appear on show_bug.cgi. The memcached server was cleared and restarted, and the reported bugs now display correctly. I'm going through all bugs that had status flags changed today so we can confirm we don't have any other incorrect data.
