Details

This class was added in bug 78810 for B2G and is now unused/untested code.
No longer blocks: 780540, 1081072
No longer depends on: 636564, 778810, 793848, 842166
Correction: code was added in bug 778810
The class was extended for macOS overlay scrollbars in bug 636564 and is still used for them. It's also used for scrollbars on Android, I believe.
It is mostly untested, though, because our Mac test machines have overlay scrollbars disabled. Our Android tests probably give us some test coverage for this class, but I don't know how much.
