Build 2002051308 on win98SE:

Clicking and dragging from beyond your last bookmark (ie. At the right hand side
of the personal toolbar) gives you a drag marker, but does nothing. I would
imagine this is a relative of bug 143635.

As a subnote, I just thought to try and drag this onto a webpage. It tries to
resolve the host "innermostbox". I assume this is the element name for this
part of the bar.
Reproduced with 2002052906-branch/Win2k.

Summary: Can drag empty space in personal toolbar → Can drag from empty space in personal toolbar

*** Bug 190679 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
When dragging the handle to between the items on the Personal Toolbar, it
creates a bogus empty folder named 'Personal Toolbar Folder' on the Personal
Toolbar. Impossible to remove from the Personal Toolbar. If removed from within
the Bookmark Manager, the whole Personal Toolbar Folder is removed from it, but
nothing happens on the Personal Toolbar itself. After Restarting the Bookmark
Manager, everything is OK again.
2003032508-trunk/Win98 doesn't have this bug.
