Pressing control + w on a pinned tab move user to the first non-pinned tab. While not-closing a pinned-tab (even if you could think for example of requiring a double control-w to confirm), a control-w should probably not change the active tab if the current one isn't closed: that's confusing.

That's not a bug, it's a feature implemented in bug 1420601
