User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

1.Enable WebRender 
2.Open https://anime-pictures.net and have a screen resolution like 2560×1440 with 117.5 PPI, some zoom levels not have problems.


Actual results:

The strange white lines, also strange white borders in the title of the block. Also, the scrollbar shifted for a little.

Win10, Nvidia GTX 1060, Dell U2515H, 2560x1440, only visible at "125% (Recommended)" desktop scaling

Confirmed and still reproducible. Shadows flicker a bit when scrolling down. And the whole page seems to suffer from bug 1451439 as well.

I have similar monitor Dell UP2516, 2560x1440 I think the problem in scaling process. 
And I have a similar problem even on the main Firefox page.

You just should find QHD monitor to repro this. This bug still here I have checked it on last Night right now.

I can't reproduce it anymore on night build. Looks like this bug fixed, can anybody check also? 

I have only problems with "scrollbars" inside chat block, sometimes it higher by 1-2px but I think it different bug anyway.
