This is another example of the box shadow regressions of bug 1443807.
I see the same black line at the bottom like in bug 1472455.
Although I am not on Windows I see some tiny white stripes, similar to bug 1474496.
And if you hover the box, it flickers like bug 1411693.

The regression range contains "Switch box-shadows to be a clip source instead of a picture".
Could this be a snapping problem?

I do get the flickering problems in bug 1411693, but I don't get any small white stripes on Mac.

I could reproduce the same problem of Comment 2 on Ubuntu and on windows(with gfx.webrender.force-angle;false) with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960.

Confirmed. There has been an improvement for gfx.webrender.force-angle;true (default):
The problem seems to be gone on Nvidia/Win10. Still present with force-angle;false and on Linux.
