After bug 1474704 and we pass manual testing from QA, we should enable this feature for release.

[Why is this notable]: Multiple tabs can now be selected using Ctrl/Cmd and Shift. These selected tabs can be muted, moved, bookmarked, pinned, and more simply and quickly.
