seen on windows build 2002-05-29-04-trunk -browse a page -click on "print" icon -in the print dialog, press "Tab" key on keyboard. expected results: the curser moves to next available selection. tested results: a window from the os task tray comes to the top. (if no other windows are open, then "tab" does nothing.) This affects the mail account setup wizard as well.

marking this invalid...I am seeing the same behavior on 4.x on the same machine. something goofy with the system that I'll have to uncover.
