Changing of displayed tree columns in tasks view or in the tasks section of the todaypane isn't persisted across TB restart anymore. The same works for the unifinder in calendar view, however.

Maybe a similar issue like bug 1478578. Changed values are persisted to xulstore (look for |"calendar-task-tree":{"visible-columns"| resp. the visible columns attribute of |"unifinder-todo-tree"|)on shutdown but not applied again at startup.
