1481941 - When Advanced Options is the current tab, the Calendar pane gets added upon restart and shows its preferences

When Advanced Options is the current tab, the Calendar pane gets added upon restart and shows its preferences although on the left the Advanced pane is still highlighted as selected.

So STR:
- Open Options tab, select Advanced.
- Restart.

Result: You see Calendar preferences with Advanced still selected.

This fix prevents to restore any calendar preference view at restart.

STR:
1. Move to a calendar preference view of choice
2. Restart TB

Expected: the previously choosen calendar preference view is displayed again after restart

Observed: the TB General preference view is displayed.

When shutting down with any of the TB preference views visible, these are restored properly on restart.
