When attempting to deploy Windows 10, nodes ms-016 through ms-030 failed. If the node was allowed to reboot it would boot into Ubuntu. Manual doing to a disk partition clean seem to have fixed the issue.

Running a diskpart with the following clears this. It should most likely be added as a step in the "New computer" section before the Partition tables are set :
dispart
select disk 0
clean
select disk 1
clean

This is rolled into the production MDT task sequence. This being done by using the diskpart command and the /s flag pointed to a text file containing the diskpart commands. Currently only selecting disk 1.
This was added just before the OS installation step.

I would highly recommend cleaning both disks to avoid the bug we saw with machines that had ubuntu.
