[Steps to reproduce]
1. Open Firefox and in the Hamburger Menu, click on Content Blocking
2. about:preferences#privacy will be opened and Content Blocking section will be focused
3. Set Slow tracking element to "Always block"
4. Set Trackers to "Never block"
5. Access: https://www.reddit.com/ (or any other site with slow trackers)
6. Open "Show site information" from the address bar
7. Click or click and don't release the "Disable/Enable Blocking for this site" button.

[Expected result]
The button's clicked visual state is correctly displayed.

[Actual result]
The button turns black upon clicking on it.

Dao, any idea how we usually test/fix these types of issues, especially without access to a high contrast theme?  Is there an easy way to simulate the activation of this theme in the browser?

No... A VM with Ubuntu should do the trick.

This appears to be a more fundamental bug that manifests in many different places. E.g. I see the same on <select>s on this very bugzilla page.
