Not totally related, but might help some people:
I had this warning for several websites on my smartphone (eg. reddit) for some time, when being logged in at our home router.
Turned out to be an android/router problem with DNS and DHCPv6 (solvabale by turning off DHCPv6) which resulted in getting IP addresses like 1.1.1.32 for reddit from my router, which my phone then thought were the webserver and which has weak ciphers. Bottom line: Check your DNS.

Ever since updating to firefox version 84 (stable), I've been encountering this "SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP" error on almost every website I come across, including twitter at one point. Google searching tips on how to fix this showed steps that did nothing for me because they were already default set to that point in the first place
One line said to set security.ssl3.ecdhe_ecdsa_aes_256_sha and security.ssl3.ecdhe_ecdsa_aes_128_sha to false, yet that error persists. One also said its something on the website end that needs to be changed, yet something tells me thats a bit reaching
