Steps to reproduce:
Tryed to import Outlook 2010 emails into thunderbird
Actual results:
Import everything doesn't work
Expected results:
There is still no converter in Thunderbird. The Outlook "pst" files should convert into the eml format. It should import all folders.

Version 57 is quite old. Beta is now at version 60, where some aspects of import were improved via bug 1176748 in version 58.

Even in Version 60 it's the same. There is still no converter in Thunderbird. The Outlook "pst" files should convert into the eml format. It should import all folders.

You have outlook installed, and it works?

You didn't answer the question. Thunderbird has no converter from PST to Thunderbird's own mbox/maildir/eml format. It uses Microsoft's MAPI interface to get the messages and you need Outlook installed and working for this to be possible.
