Worker has been missing from taskcluster since MDC2 joined production. It was actioned upon and re-imaged by ciduty a number of times and still hasn't recovered. Yes. Anytime we see "No task claimed. Idle for 44m52.8394622s (will exit if no task claimed in 1h15m7.1605378s)", and it is not in taskcluster we should add it.
