Steps to reproduce:

I have deleted external folder with JPG image (for automatic signature, inserted to every e-mail)


Actual results:

Thunderbird works OK (get new messages, forward messages…), bad only 
window "New message" freeze (Thunderbird search the image-not find) - unable send new e-mail


Expected results:

some error message?
Remove the reference to the non-existent file from the signature. We'll fix this in bug 1495698.
