We need a way for the mobile SDK to fetch metrics off GeckoView, if present, in order to send them out together with our other metrics.

This can probably be done as described at [1], by providing e generic interface that GeckoView can implement. The implemented object can then be passed to our General API, at init time, so that the mobile SDK can take care of fetching data, when needed.

Hi Andreas, this bug is marked blocking WebRender on Android (indirectly). We need to decide if we need to push harder on this (and dependency bug 1546430, which is marked as a P2 enhancement), and how to prioritize it against current fenix MVP work.

Hey Chris,

we're using priorities to make items show up in the appropriate sections on our dashboards: moving this back to P3 :)

P3, in this context, means it's not happening in this (2 weeks) iteration. Moreover, I think this bug is a duplicate of bug 1566376. Closing this :)
