Steps to reproduce:
Chose File-Print Preview from the "File" drop down menu.
Actual results:
This creates a box which gets stuck at "Title:" and then "Progress: Preparing" and then it never launches the actual preview. Printing works just fine.
Expected results:
The box should prep and then open an actual preview of what is to be printed.

I fixed this yesterday. It will be fixed in TB 64 beta which we'll be releasing in the next 48 hours.

Well, for an even quicker fix, try the release candidate:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/candidates/64.0b1-candidates/build2/
Choose platform and then language.
Yep. Again, not too tech saavy. Not tech illiterate, just not saavy. Couldn't figure out the "quicker fix".

So why are you on the beta channel? That's more for the tech literate people. Anyway, is it really so hard to start at:

click on win32, then en-US for "English US" (or any other language you desire), then download and install Thunderbird Setup 64.0b1.exe (http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/candidates/64.0b1-candidates/build2/win32/en-US/Thunderbird%20Setup%2064.0b1.exe).

I am not sure. I created the report for the bug and then have been closely watching you amazing people go to work. I've just been using the links that are auto sent to my email address to see what new posts/comments you all have made. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
