User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0 Steps to reproduce: Trying to open a new tab with ctrl+t or reloading the page with ctrl+r results in the letter being entered in the address bar because the ctrl modifier is dismissed. Actual results: 1. Click on the address bar. 2. Press ctrl+t in order to attempt to open a new tab. 3. Opening a new tab fails because the ctrl modifier is dismissed. `t` will be entered in the address bar of the current tab. Expected results: A new tab should have been opened.

Summary: [Wayland][sway compositor] The ctrl key does not register as a modifier keyl → [Wayland][sway compositor] The ctrl key does not register as a modifier key
If I try ctrl+t around 20 times it will work a few times but most of the time it won't.
Could be a duplicate of bug 1475802.
Fixed in bug 1507475. alt and ctrl modifiers work in the build linked in https://github.com/swaywm/sway/issues/3115#issuecomment-441247363.
