I'm unable to ssh and machine is not responding to ping. Dave could you take a look at this one please?

Tried to ssh on it but I've received : Stdio forwarding request failed: Session open refused by peer ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host The machine is not available on taskcluster Dave can you please take a look ?
