Various test directories were set to have browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar=false as part of bug 1516272 export. Generally these tests are making sure we send the appropriate telemetry when searching from about:home, but with search handoff, there will not be searches from the content page anymore, so perhaps the tests should just be removed? Also, this probably should only happen when it's decided that handoffToAwesomebar=true is the only way (i.e., pref is removed and assumed true).

We should hold off on this until when hand-off is enabled for everybody. At the earliest, that's late in the 66 as release cycle (68 nightly).
