Bulk change for all regression bugs with status-firefox67 as 'fix-optional' to be marked 'affected' for status-firefox68.

(In reply to Arvid from comment #3)
Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-04-02) (64-bit)
No longer affected.
I can still reproduce the problem on Nightly68.0a1(Build ID 20190404014638) Windows10.

hey mike, the regression window points to a big patch you landed. It might also have something to do with the search "handoff" we are doing from the content search. For me, ctrl-up on a mac doesn't do anything, and I'm not sure what the original functionality was. Any ideas?
