Status update - prep work before mergeduty is now completed.

Touch base again here this coming Monday for actual mergeduty.

Dropping here some status update too.

  • mozilla-beta is merged to mozilla-release, new version is 65
  • mozilla-central is merged to mozilla-beta, new version is 66
  • mozilla-central will continue to merge to mozilla-beta over the week until mozilla-central is version bumped next Monday
  • esr is now 60.5.0
  • beta will stay closed until next week
