This is definitely a security issue since Firefox
- opens full screen mode without asking the user
- tries to install an add-on and doesn't let the user leave the website unless he installs it

Another trap site but this one is easy to close with the Escape key or with ctrl+F4.

- A lot of users don't know/use keyboard shortcuts
- After hitting escape on every interaction with the webpage it goes full screen again

The add-on installation issue is tracked in bug 1412561.
