This bug will switch "about:config" to point to the new implementation that uses web technologies, but only when building the "browser" application.

Redirecting the request to Andreas, since I don't know if we want a release note and what could be the best wording. If we want a note, I can suggest something like "Redesigned internal configuration page (about:config)". This could go in the "changed" category, even though the page is new and looks quite different from the previous one.
