The glean library has a few options that can be toggled on or off at runtime, allowing easier debugging of data problems (e.g. debug view tagging, dumping pings to logcat).
Currently, there's no way to toggle them on or off at runtime, unless the application itself exposes them through some preferences UI.
We should try to find a better and QA-friendly way to do that. There's a discussion about this in the android-components repo.
