Unable to copy (CTRL-C) and paste (CTRL-V) text from displayed NG message to new
composition window

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View a newsgroup message in the regular message pane window.
2. Select text and press CTRL-C.
3. Open a new mail message window, or use a currently open mail message window,
and press CTRL-V.


Actual Results:  Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  The seclected-and-copied text should paste.

when using build 2002053012, on a win 98 machine. with a text email message on
the screen it is impossible to block and copy any text as the copy button is
gray. the only way i could do it is to use the reply button, creating a whole
new box, block and paste and then close the new reply email. this has happened
numerous times.
