Plan:

  • tc-gh listens for check_suite.rerequested and check_run.rerequested events from github
  • sends an exchange message for each event
  • handles the exchange message: looks up taskId and taskGroupId in DB using check_run id and/or check-suite_id; for rerun: gets the task definition from the queue and creates a new task using that definition; for rerun all: lists tasks from taskGroup, gets their definitions, creates new tasks using those definitions.

For the last step to work, I need a DB migration
