I'm not sure what you mean

FYI, when you see in Bugzilla that a bug is assigned (there is somebody's name in "People" section + the status of the bug is ASSIGNED) - it typically means the bug is being worked on.

Sudipt, this is a completely different bug - related to providing status for PRs and commits via the checks API.
