+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1483460 +++
The bug number and the reviewers are tracked elsewhere in phabricator. They are confusing in the title as they are not necessarily consistent with the current state. (The transformations on the word "bug" also add noise as the case changes between initial and updated revisions.)
keeping the commit descriptions in the existing format, including the bug-id and reviewers, is an important part of easing migration; stripping this content isn't something that we'll be doing any time soon.

This bug is not intended as a request to change the commit descriptions, but only to change the phabricator revision titles, which are changed again by lando anyway.
