The new mac hostutils appear to be good per the test procedure at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Packaging_Android_host_utilities.

Manifest patch phab attached.

We can't make a mac build of hostutils for this until it lands on central because they require signing (and signing isn't done on try jobs). That's a current issue with hostutils. I guess we'll just have to accept breakage until we can fix it up.

Those tests were not running in this bug's try push; they were added today in bug 1525959.

Still, it's surprising...let's see if the backout is effective.

test_progress_events_for_gzip_data.html failed on the new Android 7.0 x86_64 mochitest and also on Android 4.3/opt (why didn't it in the earlier try push? intermittent?)

Also, the autoland backout seems effective. I suppose we need to land the hostutils update + bug 1525319 at the same time? I'm not sure how to do that, and the patches for 1525319 don't apply cleanly for me currently.

This change caused breakage in the raptor tests as they hardcode host-utils paths. Created Bug 1532434 to track fixing that.
