User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3626.119 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
AFter update to 60.5.2
send to mail receipient stopped working
Actual results:
send to mail receipient stopped working
Expected results:
THunderbird opens, but not email with attachment.
Does the same thing when i Try to send email from ACDSEE...all this worked perfect before update to 60.5.2

I can confirm I have seen this bug on Microsoft Windows 7 Pro 64bits [Version 6.1.7601] Thunderbird version 60.5.2 (32-bit) that was installed on 27/02.
According to release note (https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/60.5.2/releasenotes/):
"...
FIXED - Crash when using "Send to > Mail recipient" on Windows under some circumstances (MAPI interface)
FIXED - UTF-8 support for MAPISendMail
..."
Obviously what ever was fixed may have caused the current on going issue...

When right click on a file in Windows Explorer, then choosing Sent To > Mail Recipient... nothing seems to happen... with previous version of TB, a new email compose window would open with the file attached to it.

They are duplicate bug reports for that issue...

Also broken on TB 66 Beta 2, the Send to > Mail Recipient feature cause Thunderbird to crash without crash report as per Bug 1531190 Comment 6 and Bug 1531190 Comment 7

This is broken on the latest update. Worked perfect on 60.5.1 not on 60.5.2
as stated above in my original post, right clicking file in explorer, send to mail recipient, open thunder bird but not an email to send. This option also stopped working in ACDSEE that used the send to command.

I'm pretty sure that bug 1530820 comment #30 does work. We discovered that the automatic update doesn't update the MAPI DLL files, and a clean install does. You may have to log out or restart. Also note the problem with non-ASCII characters described in the comment.
