Occasionally I am unable to enter, cut, delete or paste text in boxes, e.g.,
search boxes,  password box, or the browser's web address box. Usually it will
not happen the first time I try to enter something into the box, but on a
subsequent attempt (e.g., changing the search criteria). I won't be able to
delete the text either; it will highlight, but won't delete. When that happens I
also can't type, paste or cut into the box. Quitting Mozilla and restarting it
is the only way to get around it.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter text into a box, e.g. a search criteria at google.com
2. View search results
3. Try to change search criteria or text in box. Occasionally won't be able to. 

Actual Results:  Text will highlight, but won't delete or change.

Expected Results:  Should be able to delete, cut, paste, or change text.

It's not all the time, but happens enough that it's becoming very annoying to
have to quit and restart Mozilla so often.

This problem is already reported; component IDs 127718, 151976, but it appears
the testers were unable to reproduce them.

Please don't report bugs twice. 
Bug 127718 is different because it seems to be a problem only with a form on one
page.

bug 151976 is a dupe and this is the same dupe..
