1537621 - Nagios alert reporting Out of memory - killed - dxr

During my shift I've saw the following alert on #platform-ops-alerts :

dxr1.webapp.mdc1.mozilla.com:Out of memory - killed process is WARNING: Log errors: Mar 20 23:04:57 dxr1.webapp.mdc1.mozilla.com kernel: [21287642.530125] Out of memory: Kill process 1833 (httpd) score 226 or sacrifice child

I've chat with the sheriffs and they also had an issue when they tried to open a json file by opening the following link : https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/web-platform/meta/MANIFEST.json

They received the following :

Service Unavailable

The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

I think this is related to the main problem - Out of memory.

Can you please take a look ?
