We will disable WebIDE by default in Firefox 69 (Bug 1539451). We should be able to remove the codebase for WebIDE and the Connect Page in Fx 70 cycle.

What is a replacement tool for WebIDE that can debug Firefox for Android? I mean connecting from desktop with dev tools to debug webpage on Firefox Mobile. Will that be integrated into devtools?

The replacement is about:debugging. On DevEdition 68 or Nightly 69 you can go to about:debugging, you should have the updated version that supports remote debugging.
