Client unread emails issues when all message has been read [Gmail]

Steps to reproduce:
- Thunderbird opened no new message to read
2.On Thunderbird Account Gmail (A) should be focused on the email address. You should click and select the email address not inbox. - minimize Thunderbird
- Send an email from another email address to Gmail A
- Thunderbird notification of new message on bottom right wait the alert is hidden than an icon near the time inform there are unread messages, leave as it is
- Read the email on gmail A from the web interface, and if you want delete it
Results: Thunderbird continue to see unread messages. If you open Thunderbird the email address is selected in blue and for remove the unread notification that is a false positive you need select another email address.
Actual results:
Unread email address continue to flag there are new message to read but is not true.
Expected results:
The unread message icon should be hidden when all message has been read.
The issue is present also if in Thunderbird the selection is active on another email account and Gmail A receive email readed from the web interface. Thunderbird icon continue to flag there are unread email to read when is not true.
As you can see in the screenshot one email address is showed blue.
This happen because a mail has been read from another device but thunderbird still flag the email address as blue as when there is an unread email. This sometimes cause also the notification near the time show there are unread message but this is not true so you need click the blue email address for make it be black like is updated but no email to read.
This issue can also maybe happen if you have thunderbird open with Gmail addresses and you read some email from the web interface.
I don't know if i am able to make a video, i will try if is necessary.
Test Gmail account - web interface: delete the email. Thunderbird is not updated... as the icon near the time still show unread message and the email address in thunderbird still be blue also if there are no message to read.

I would imagine this is reproducible on every account due to the way that IMAP / POP works. That is to say that the connections to the servers are asynchronous and only poll the servers on a set schedule -or- if the server initiates an update. Gmail wouldn't send an update to TB if you read the email on Gmail, or any other client on any other machine.
Just to be sure, you're running 60.8 or are you on the latest Beta?

I'm on the stable release 60.8.0 (32 bit)
In the video you can see Thunderbird receive the info email was read as "Posta in arrivo" in English Inbox is changing from 1 to 0.
The issue is Thunderbird doesn't remove the mail icon near the time and the email address in Thunderbird still be blue also if there are no unread messages.
This seems to be a problem in the software, to me.
Hope can be solved.
Also you can reproduce this issue if the email address is clickend on Thunderbird.
If you select "Posta in arrivo" the issue is not present.
I amanage more than one email address with Thunderbird so is useful for me this software issue can be solved.
If you look at my gif video you can see the cursor on Thunderbird was focalized on the email address.
When you have more accounts this issue is more stronger.
