- Enable dark mode in OS
- Navigate to about:addons
- Click "gear" menu icon in extensions, themes or plugins
What happens:
The menu that appears is a light mode macOS menu.
Expected result:
The menu that appears should be a dark mode menu.

What's the plan with this menu when we got rid of XUL? If we replace it with HTML (instead of a "native" menu), then dark themes will likely be well-supported.
