In bug 1547086, we enable column-span preference for reftests related to column-span. Some of them are still failed. Need to investigate and fix them.

No longer depends on: ship-column-span

multicol-span-all-margin-bottom-001.xht and multicol-span-none-001.xht
have been patched upstream. They should pass after we import from wpt.

DONTBUILD because this is a comment-only change.
