With https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1521084, opt-out button using browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.discoverystream.optOut.0 pref was added in about:preferences to let user opt-out of experiments in 67.

With home preferences settings improvement in 68 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1533601, opt-out button is removed making browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.discoverystream.optOut.0 pref redundant.

Scope of this bug is to remove browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.discoverystream.optOut.0 pref and related code base that supports this pref.

I have verified this issue with the latest Firefox Nightly (68.0a1 Build ID - 20190515213039) installed, on Windows 10 x64, Arch Linux and Mac 10.14.4. Now, I can confirm that the "browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.discoverystream.optOut.0" pref is no longer displayed in the "about:config" page.
