When an image is inside an iframe the onmouseout doesn't get triggered if the
edge of the image is on the edge of the iframe.

As far as I can tell this bug seems to only affect linux.

Testcase URL is not valid any more.

Anyway, to me it sounds like this is the same behaviour as described in  bug
#247401.

I recommend making this a duplicate of bug #247401 or is this anachronistic?
