Once the message is shortened in Bug 1524174, I’d like to change it to a small toast/popup notification that will disappear after a short period of time, just like what you’ll see when you click the Copy Summary or Follow button on the modal UI.

This is mentioned by Greg Tatum on Twitter. I agree that it’s kinda scary message especially for new users. I’ve asked on Slack for PR review. We should remove it anyway because the message could be longer depending on your bug change, and it doesn’t fit when a fixed bug header is introduced in Bug 1330451. Also, the bug form submission will be eventually replaced with a background API request, and the message can’t be displayed in that case.
