Steps to reproduce:

Zoom any website (specially bootstrap themed)

Actual results:

Website breaks at right side of the page.

Expected results:

Zoomed without problems.

I can reproduce the issue on Nightly69.0a1 Windows10.

STR:

  1. Resize browser window to approx 1280x1024
  2. Open https://twitter.com/FirefoxNightly
  3. Zoom out to 90%
    --- observe, header bar cut off right side
  4. Scroll Down
    --- observe, sticky header will be truncated
