Details

If a bookmark is in the "Imported IE Favorites" as well as the regular Mozilla bookmarks, Mozilla does not allow editing the bookmark. Mozilla does not treat them as distinct.
sounds like a combination of "IE favorites can't be edited" (bug 58178 -> bug 56765) and "Unable to have 2 differently named bookmarks for the same URL" bug 51683
